This service is ideal for landlords who are confident in handling tenant relations but would like the benefit of our expertise in finding and vetting tenants.

- Sourcing and selecting suitable tenants  

- Reference checks (when required)  

- Preparation of all relevant documentation (including application forms, ASTs, guarantor forms, and inventory)  

- Managing the initial rental and deposit payments

  • Rent Collection / Part-Managed Service :

 

Rent Collection service is for landlords who want to take a more active role in managing the property, particularly maintenance, while leaving the rest to us. We handle all aspects of tenant and rent management, but the landlord retains responsibility for repairs and property maintenance. This service is perfect for experienced landlords who prefer to manage certain aspects directly.

- Collection and processing of monthly rent payments  

- Management and registration of the tenant’s damage deposit  

- Optional third-party photographic inventory and check-in/check-out services (additional fee applies)

For landlords who prefer to have minimal involvement in the day-to-day running of their rental property, our Full Management Service provides a complete hands-off solution. We take care of everything related to the property, from tenant management to maintenance, with regular updates to keep you informed of any key developments. Our in-house maintenance team ensures your property is treated with the utmost care and attention.

- Handling of all communication with tenants  

- Arranging repairs, safety certificates, and compliance documentation
