Housekeeping
We work with experienced housekeeper. They will make sure your property is spotless and clean to the highest standard. They will also report any potential hazards, defects, or health and safety concerns.
The cleaning fee charged to guest includes full turnaround on check-out and property inspection to ensure that your property is ready for the next guest.
Payment
We facilitate direct booking payment transfers to you by configuring each client to receive direct payments from Airbnb and Booking.com, eliminating any wait for these funds.

Any other payments will be send by bank transfer removing the management fees.
Maintenance
At AM PM we also work with an experienced range of property maintenance professionals to support with any maintenance that may be required at your property.

If you are away, travelling or unavailable and unexpected event occurs (i.e. burst pipe in winter), we will deal with it on your behalf so your property is always in safe hands.
